Services Offered:
1.1 The Tutor agrees to provide educational instruction and guidance in the subject(s) specified and agreed upon by both parties.
1.2 The Tutor will strive to deliver high-quality tutoring sessions tailored to the specific needs and goals of the Client.

Payment Terms:
2.1 The hourly rate for the tutoring services shall be £40 (British Pounds) per hour, subject to review not before 1st September 2024.
2.2 The Client agrees to make payments for all services rendered by the Tutor.
2.3 Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving an invoice from the Tutor, issued at the end of each calendar month, for payment in arrears.
2.4 Late payments may incur additional charges or late fees, as determined by the Tutor.

Cancellation Policy:
3.1 The Client must provide a minimum notice period of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session.
3.2 If the Client fails to provide the required 48-hour notice, the Tutor reserves the right to charge the full amount for the missed session.
3.3 In the event that the Tutor needs to cancel a tutoring session, the Tutor will endeavour to provide a minimum notice period of 48 hours and will offer a suitable alternative session time or date. This may be at a weekend if all parties are agreeable.

Scheduling:
4.1 It is agreed that the lesson timeslot of The Client will be scheduled throughout all weeks of a standard school term.
4.2 The Tutor will provide availability for supplementary lessons during Christmas and Easter holidays, all half terms and Bank/Public holidays by arrangement.

Confidentiality:
5.1 The Tutor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client during the tutoring sessions.
5.2 The Tutor will not disclose any personal or academic information about the Client to third parties, unless required by law.

Intellectual Property:
6.1 Any learning materials, resources, or intellectual property provided by the Tutor during the tutoring sessions remain the property of the Tutor.
6.2 The Client may use these materials solely for personal educational purposes and may not distribute, reproduce, or sell them without the written consent of the Tutor.

Liability:
7.1 The Tutor shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by the Client during or as a result of the tutoring sessions.
7.2 The Client acknowledges that the Tutor is not responsible for the Client’s academic performance or outcomes.

Termination:
8.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
8.2 Termination of the Agreement does not relieve the Client from any outstanding payment obligations.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Tutor is based.
9.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.
